im getting an "authentication failed" message when i try to log in... Full tilt has yet to send me an email of why this is happening...neither have they replied to any of my emails...maybe im not being patient enough because its only been 17 hours since the problem started... My roommate was getting this problem first and he thought maybe something was wrong with his computer so he tried to log in using my computer... he still got the authentication failed message... right after he tried to log in i tried to log in again and this time i got the "authentication failed" message....is it against the users agreement to log in using someone elses computer? thats about the only thing i can think of at this point...but ive been searching websites and fulltilt usually emails you if your account is temperarily or permanently suspended for w/e reason.
