Don't make the mistake of thinking FTP doesn't want you to clear the bonus so they don't have to pay. That's not true. FTP makes the most money from you if you clear your entire bonus. More bonus clearing equals more, not less, money for FTP.

You're probably right. I got the $500 bonus too and I haven't played at FT in almost a year.

1700 points to release the $100

In fulltilt you get 7 points for every $1 in tournament fees or S&G = 700 points for $100 in fee
27% means $27 RB for $100 in fee

But need 1700 points to release the $100 bonus, means need $242.85 on fee to clear the bonus=play $2428 (if rake in games is 10%)

With that $242.85 in fee i should get something like $65 in Rake back, instead will be geting the $100 Bonus wich is good, will be getting $35 extra (or i will get the $65 in rake plus the $100? this is the part that not have clear), then next month what will happen with my rakeback?, next month will not be getting rake until get back to positive?<------this sounds like they give me the $ now but still will be paying for that next month with rakeback in negative.

So not really sure at the end how much will net win or loss, my guess is that the extra 73% is what will be deducted after release the bonus?, means $73 of that $100 still need to pay later when have negative rb and not getting nothing?.

No your confusion comes I think from the fact that you're mixing up your rb with MGR. The $100 will be deducted from your MGR not your RB. So you'll lose 27% of the total deduction.

An example:

If you got offered a $100 bonus you need to earn 1667 points to clear it.
If you earn 7 points for every $1 in rake collected for tourneys you'll need to pay $238 in rake.
So you're MGR over that period will be $238 - $100 bonus = $138
You will get rb on the $138, so $37.26 + $100 bonus = $137.26 which effectively works out to ~57% rakeback while you're clearing the bonus.

Since 57>27 you'll want to take the bonus.

So in short, for people with rakeback, at the end you are getting $73 extra that will not have if play same amount with out the bonus, and is still free $.
