lol was trying to log into FT when I saw this thread. Didn't even have time to notice it hadn't connected yet.

I just started playing on FT so I don't know their specific policy on tourney refunds, but have only had a problem getting refunded once from a different site under similar circumstances,

Check your HH for tourney # etc. and email their support with as many specifics as you can.

Had a similar problem with Full Tilt before but it the entry fee was automatically refunded. Just keep an eyes on the cashier when you log back on. If it is not there just email support.

For any of you guys that were in a tourney or whatevs...

From FullTilts "24/7" Customer Service Page:

"If you suffered a disconnection from full tilt poker.com, please contact:
disconnections@fulltiltpoker.com"

Maybe that will help you out... Damn I was just itching to play to!

What they normally do is they split the tourny money evenly with however many players are left. If you were at a final table it'll be chopped (I think), that's what happened last time.

From http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/tourRules.php:

31.3. If the tournament had reached the money - All players still in the tournament at the time of the cancellation will have their tournament fee refunded and be awarded with the next guaranteed payout. In addition, the remaining prize pool will be distributed amongst the surviving players based on their chip counts.

While trying to figure out what happened I tried to log in to the FT forum and it said YOU HAVE BEEN BANNED! CONTACT THE ADMINISTRATOR! which is messed up cus I didn't have the forum password in my remember list and I hadn't attempted to log in yet. I closed it again and tried and no problem but really odd still.

same deal here. Tryed a million things to connect with no success. Sent them an email at disconnection on fulltiltpoker.com . Looks like you get payed out according to chip stack if in the money. oddly, there site says the operational. I saw a post from a while back at another site that said he got 5 bucks extra for his trouble. Hope they fix this soon

Glad to see its not just me, this is the first site i could find that mentioned it

Apparently it's still down. This happens about 3 or 4 times a year, at least it did in 2008. I remember it happened during my deposit bonus and when I asked support to extend my bonus offer by the same number of days the site was down they basically said tough titties.

Yay for pokerstars.
