Flat 27% rakeback through affiliates is gone. There is a new weekly cashback program through the VIP Edge system they put in place. Depending on your volume, you can earn 5-25% rakeback + points, and using points or clearing bonuses now no longer affect your rakeback.

Anyone not seeing their bonus options when clicking my rewards tab in lobby?
It says I have no bonuses available. well says I have a first deposit bonus but that doesn't help as I am going to be shipping some stars chips over to ftp. I want to take advantage of this 21 day 200$ bonus ya'll speaking of, and then Ill make my 600$ depo to get my 100% bonus max value!!!

My IronMan mid-year bonus arrived. You need to click the 'my promotions' thing that will bring you to a web page, then click on the 'iron man' link in the left menu and then scroll about halfway down and find the 'mid-year bonus' link in the middle of the text. It wasn't there at first, but it is there now -- it may take them some time to roll things out I suppose. I sent support an email about it as well, though I'm not sure if that helped them switch the bonus on for me or not.
I'm assuming the deal me in bonus will be available after I clear the ironman bonus -- that's what the wording in the email seems to suggest.

not sure why it says 19th Dec when others said end of November. Maybe as you said may get bonus when iron man cleared???

The Iron Man mid-year bonus is separate from the deal me in bonus, which everyone gets. After you clear your mid-year bonus the deal me in bonus will show up. The mid-year bonus lasts longer than the deal me in bonus, so you have until Dec 19th to clear it all, whereas you will only have 21 days to clear the deal me in bonus once it is active.

So does this 25% weekly rakeback include the points i can spend on cash bonuses in the 'EDGE' point shop?
seriously considering playing on there again since if your a low/mid stakes player on stars the rakeback is pittifull unless your 24tabling
although i've gotte nused to the software if the points are extra rakeback, i'm moving instantly

Points are extra rakeback and do not affect your MGR like they used to. What's nice about the new system is that the Edge rakeback never has deductions taken from it like from clearing bonuses or winning freerolls/guarantees with layover... so 25% is actually always 25%, and anything on top of that is purely extra.
I'm not entirely sure on the actual calculations, but yeah I think moderate grinders doing 100-150 pts a day and who can't hit Supernova are probably better off at FTP. Actual rakeback including points for diamond level folks is probably around 35-40%, if you're maximizing value for your points.
For those who can make supernova or above, it's probably still a better deal to play at Stars until the new Black Card is introduced at Tilt.

sounds to me like this is a no brainer then, early start an all, can we expect even more cash rewards with the black card? if so then why would anyone wanna play on stars? Sounds like a fantastically better deal playing on fulltilt, if yout want to maximise your winrate by playing 15/16? tables max and earn all the loyalty benefits on a possibly softer site. and you dont really have to maintain SNE for pretty dam good rewards

Well, I believe the rake is still a better deal at most stakes at PokerStars, so that should play a factor. Also, no one really knows what to expect with the new Black Card yet, so at the moment the best deals are still if you can hit SN or above at Stars.
Basically, I think what they are trying to achieve is reward systems to benefit different targeted player pools. For the people that were settling into the Gold/Platinum levels at Stars, it's probably a better deal to play at Tilt at the moment. Considering rake structures and higher level rewards, those that are at bronze/silver or SN+ are probably better off at Stars.
But honestly, this is mostly just conjecture on my part as I haven't done any real calculations. There will probably be some more detailed analyses coming out in the coming weeks/months.
