Hey guys,
I've got a problem that I need some help with. I recently created a second full tilt poker account as I moved to a different country and had some trouble depositing money. So I decided to get a new one and I grinded away from 20$ making it into 440$ in a little over 18 hours.
Anyway I decided to withdraw 300$ because I need some extra cash for my rent. So I requested a withdrawal for that sum and in about two hours I found that I couldn't acces my account. I checked my e-mail and it turns out they shut it because of the rules that I clearly shouldve read.
Ayway they've written me this mail in which they said:
"Please contact us from the registered email address for your closed account Xxx(I had a stupid name for the account) to confirm that you would like the remaining funds in this closed account transferred to your primary account."
So I wrote to security@fulltiltpoker.com 2 mails already and I wish to know: how long does it usually take? Do they do it or just screw you over like assholes?
Did anyone on this forum have that happen to them? If you did then, please tell me what the ****s going on and if I'm ever going to see that money again?
