FTP has not transferred money to Pokerstars yet

I got my issue resolved by logging into my Full Tilt account through the mobile ap on my pad.
I don't know why when I did the upgrade from my desk top computer that it did not transfer my assets. If you are having troubles and have both a lap top and a pad maybe this will work for you. It doesn't hurt to try.

Same for me The transfer went through via the mobile App, but it was previously unsuccessful on my desktop. Good luck!

Did you log into Full Tilt with your Full Tilt log in ? If you can't log in with your FT details OR you did and it didn't ask you to transfer your money to PS then I'd email support@fulltilt.com (and include both your FT and PS usernames/email addresses). Though you'll probably have to wait a long while for a reply, I get the impression they are being swamped !

Then logged in there and it transferred my playmoney (thanks) but not my points. US player - can't find a working download here.

You can email their support , I suspect they are getting a ton of emails ...

I was lucky to have my pw written down for both sites , so np on that, just that I played the deal with Stars, and not coins , and won a ticket to a game , however no games listed for that ticket !!

Playful had moneys owing to her from FullTilt which they never paid why?They r knot honoring it plus its impossible to get into Full Tilt to set the passwords cause Playful had an Pokerstars account as well....This so frustrating and 2 much BS... Playful needs some guidance:deal:

Done, funds, tickets and points are transferred after i emailed to the support section about the problem. After 8 hours i received an answer from them that i have successfully updated software and that all of it has been transferred to the new account

Do you have a download from a mobile ap? If you do try updating that too.
I had to upgrade both my desk top account and my mobile ap account before it worked.
If that is not your problem sorry I don't know what to suggest except keep trying with support.

Alleluia! after 3 eMails to support and lots of explaining, I finally got the funds from FTP. I hope others will be able to transfer their funds too.
