When I got my full tilt account back I still had a ticket for the Big Little tournament. There did not seem to be any game anywhere that would accept this ticket. I have been wondering for nearly a week what to do with it, and in that time have read many others wondering the same. I finally wrote to support today and (after the 2nd attempt, because the 1st response was generic and useless) received a very helpful response that I thought I ought to share. (I hope its ok to paste the email response here)

I can confirm there are no tournaments for The Big Little Tournament tickets at the moment, however you will be able to use them in the near future.
