Hi.
About 3-4 years ago, my account was frozen. I was suspected of using several more accounts. But after going through the repeated verification procedure, my account was unfrozen, although this entire check lasted about 2-3 weeks.

Yes, but they didn't send you an email saying why it was frozen? PS only frozed my account once because I've made multiple deposits in a short period of time (which was unsual for me) and they said that I needed to verify my account. I sent my docs and in one day I could play there again.
