Yes, a couple of years ago I had to update the data it was a relatively short process in 5 days I completed it and my PS account returned to normal

I once had an account frozen on pokerstars.es !!! All documents has to be re-submitted to restore the account !

Yes when I moved to another country and needed to have the account transferred to the license in that country (sweden). It took a full month, because it was last spring in the middle of the COVID-19 induced player boom, where their support simply could not keep up with suddenly having twice as many customers as normal.
