Free cash

404 Not Foundi have recently gotten $50 free cash to start an account at CD Poker --it shows the $50 Cad as my cuurent balance but when i click the My Account or cashier button i get this message "The requested URL /HTMLLayout/htcmd.html was not found on this server."-- wondering if anyone else has had this problem? i think there are legality issuses with Free bankrolls in some countries ---wondering if canada is one.
I have tried all usual fixes ---VC and Mansion do the same thing
