Even if its just for 3$, I suggest you to call the free toll number or email 888poker...
If it is a bug, and nobody call 888poker back, they cannot rearrange the bug...
When it was the summer splash out promotion, I haved expirated ticket for the summer splash freeroll..
I send a email to the support saying that, and after a couple of day they resend me a email, saying that they were sorry for the incovenient, and they give me 5$ as appologise....

Got 3$ Free Bet from finishing 5 missions in a week (1st week did it too, but it started counting prob just after I'd clicked banner from lobby, very shady).
Very lame and bad promotion. Especially as only prime time freeroll gets full way before tournament starts. If they would have more and different freeroll like giving 500$ cash + top10 (as flip freeroll) mystery prize, $1k+top20 and $2k +top30 ones it would probably be much better. I've used a ticket or two about every day and have OVER 20 of them already in my account. I didn't even get them at first from daily missions, but they're just far too easy to get in consideration that there's only 3 daily freerolls (which prob max 2 and usually 1 is playable for most people).

Somehow I managed to finish 41 out of 17000 players in the $3,000 Unexpected Giveaway Free Tournament.
And the mystery prize for the top 50 was $50. So I should be getting that extra $50 soon.

It's only a $50 cash bonus and I have to get 2.5 points for every dollar to clear it. Making 125 points ($62.5 in rake) is not easy for a micro stake player.
What a joke. I thought it was $50 cash free of any playing requirements.
Anyway any ideas on how to clear this thing fast?

Doing step tournament may be a good idea to have point...
I start always from step 1 :1cent
When you use a step ticket, you get the same number of points , like if you had paid the buyin..
step 5 :30$
step 6: 160$....
using a step 5 or higher ticket should give a decent number of point to clear your bonus...

Thanks I may try that method.
I will probably begin at a start of the month because it is easier to see how many points I made by using the VIP counter.
In 888 Poker there is no way to know how many points you have left in order to clear a bonus; unless you count them yourself.

yeah what Ricjk said, also you can view a bonus status and see its % as well .... not sure the options of hand but its there. Also lucky you on the 50$ bonus really given its like an 80% rakeback how can you be upset about that. I saw them giving away camera's and the 50$ thing and was like cool so decided to try and make an extra effort to make a couple of the 8pm games since its the only one I can make and only sometimes.
I ended up busting somewhere in the 20s if I recall offhand and all I got as a bonus was 3 extra tickets, of which I currently have 15 cause i rarily get to play it lol.

I checked my settings and they were as shown in your picture.Try this configuration and tell me if the progress of your bonus show up...
But I still get the old Status Progress Bar.
Can someone show me a Bonus Bar and how I can get mine to work because I have never seen one?

Same here,i finish 24th in this tournament last time for $6 and the top 50 prize is only another 3x $3,000 Unexpected Giveaway Tournament ticket.I already got more than a dozen of those ticket lol.

I won a big $0.60 in tonight's game, gii with JJ and called by A10 and he rivered an A, it was a 20K pot and would have served me nicely to cash better.
I still have over 10 tickets as I won a mystery prize of 5 tickets.
