It is common for this to affect players who leave their accounts connected and are disconnected due to a server restart. This can also affect players who close the
App or browser without clicking 'Logout' or 'Log Out and Log Out'. Whether you are using computer software, the mobile application or if you log in via the website, be sure to log out before leaving.
