Each of these sites has its own characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. It is quite difficult to say which is the best objectively. Only you can decide for yourself which of the listed sites is the best for you.

If you mean the game itself, I think that no poker room is the easiest.
As you go beyond the initial levels, you find better players.
There are not so many bingo players anymore.
As for the rooms, I play at PokerStars, because of my sympathy with them for years and because I have never had any problem.

It's difficult to say, no poker room has an easy field, but if I have to chose I would pick GGpoker for Omaha and WPT for NLH.
