Hello everyone,
After about 5 hours of playing a freeroll at Intertops, I finished 2nd, winning $16.25. The following day It took me sometime to find out that that amount has been credited to "my" wallet. I tried but was unable to transfer it to my poker balance. When I got in touch with their support via chat, their rep typed :

" Note : You can't play poker with money won at a tournament "

I know it's a simple phrase, but I have some difficulty understanding it. What do you guys think ?

This happen to me too, I clasified 7 in a freeroll tournament and can´t play with that money, how can we do it?, whatever in Casino can I bet.

I've never played there before but it sounds very strange that you won the money playing poker but can't use the winnings to play poker
