either its an error or PS excluded brazil from the reward system. But that would surprise me very much given the vast amount of Brazilian players on PS

I had a similar problem months ago, it even lost my account balance, so I could not play for real money, only freerolls, but I found that when they updated the software you sometimes have to agree with their terms and conditions again before you can play real money games again.
It is a problem because I only play a single game every few weeks to keep my chest active and the software updates every time I log-in.

I saw meanwhile in the thread "new german gambling regulations" that someone posted there a notification from Stars, that from the 5.th of April chests for german player´s no longer exists.
But I have not received any notification or mail regarding this. Had I known this, I would have opened the chests of course. Looks like I have to contact support.
So now there's only puff for us Germans. I think it's time to say goodbye to stars; we had good times together once, a long time ago.

I received an mail back in January.

But the change seems to have been postponed.

I also got no update mail recently, just a popup in the mobile App once.

Strange thing.

They implemented some shootouts with $60K prize pool on Sunday at 7 PM but ofc not the same.
