In terms of direct rewards to players I've no idea. Would have to google to see if any of their accounts and profits are publicly available. That's complicated too as many have sportsbooks or casinos as well, and the breakdown from what they make from the poker room alone might be hard to come by.

When it comes to improved customer service, faster withdrawals etc. they can always do better.

Yes, I think they give enough free tournaments and there are a lot of them to do even more, they don't see the point, probably that's why I'm not making them even more withdrawals, not everyone has a long withdrawal, for example, pokerstars makes very quick withdrawals to 888 poker, the withdrawal conditions are 3 days, which poker site is the same and the withdrawal conditions are tolerable, but on average I think prizes are tolerable and very small prizes

It seems like they are slowly but surely giving less with more strings attached every few months. The heyday of online poker has been past us for quite a while.

From a business perspective why would having more freerolls work? Pretty its used to promote & create more business (not the greatest for this imo)

I think some thing which would be much better could be:

1.) Better SECURITY on the sites. And more transparency when cheaters are caught cheating. Have them punished (stiffly). The greater the punishment, the less likely they & others will continue to cheat! (ie. there have been many well-known poker Pros who at one time were caught cheating in online poker and yet years later the community seems to accept them for the most part and they're allowed to play again (ie. Justin Bonomo, Sorel Mizzi, Brynn Kenney, etc. etc. etc.)

2.) Less Rake!!! Especially at the micro/low stakes levels. Make it so the games are still beatable!

3.) Smoother WD/Deposit (some sites are very good though)

4.) Better functioning site (less vulnerability to crashing & DDoS attacks)

5.) Better Customer Support

In sweden, they give you NOTHING.

So be grateful for all things "free" (the sites take it from the rake).

There are more than enough poker sites. Freerolls are becoming less and less and it is quite sad. I think that poker sites no longer have the extra profits they are used to, and this forces them to significantly reduce promotions, including financing freerolls.

888 is very good with freerolls and giveaways but the rest of the sites are not as good in my humble opinion
