Yeah support told me that; but no matter what I did, it never worked for me on my main computer. I have 2 graphic cards and 4 monitors on it and I guess it is too much for PokerStars.

I could however play the deal on my Laptop but not anymore.

Who programmed this mess anyway? (Amaya???)

It is in a .ini file in a pokerstars directory. But even if I did modify it like they said; it still would not work.

They acted as if I was the only one with this problem. But I guess now they have so many complaints that they are going to fix it.

There was a technical issue with for a lot of players. For all those with issues it should be resolved once install the new update to the software.

What happened I do not know, but it was already happening. Already all works.

On my computer it returned to normal (windows system)

That last pot that was split I got caught!

It was very high compared to the last divisions.

Some factors that influenced this pot were the time that the jackpot was played (10 am), the pot size 200k and this problem of access to the deal by those who use windows (I participated in the cell phone)

Congrats on resurrecting a thread from 2017.

I recommend using the 'All New Posts' link at the top center, or if you prefer go to the forum link in the triple horizontal line drop down MENU in the upper left, and you will see the latesst posts on the subjects you are interested in the most.

Can someone please explain to me how you get entered into the deal Jackpot I play everyday and have never been in it to win it.
Is there a special buy-in game you have to play every 12 hours or is it open to everyone who plays buy-in games?

You have to have played The Deal within 12 or 24 hours of someone winning the jackpot.

Something like that anyway...
