Have you played the "Common Cents Kick-Off $100K GTD" ?
Hello everyone, yesterday was the kick-off of the common cents festival, i wanted to know if there's some participant from the cardchat community and what was your strategy and your final position (ranking).
For me in the early stages i played very tight and doubled quicly (had AK vs 77). get lucky on a flip my Tens held vs AK. in the first break had around 15k. after the break the field shrank dramatically as the majority of players were sitting-out. couldn't play a normal strategy as there were many players with a CSI between 5-7 and they were using the push/fold strategy.
my final hand :
blinds were 5k/10k with antes 1.250.
with a stack of 153k had K9o on the button i raised to 3BB and the big blind with a 200k called.
flop: was Kh - Jh - 4c. pot (77.500)
The big blinds checks and i shoved all in. he quickly called. he had KQ.
i got busted in the 1935 position for 4$.

Also it was borderline fraud from pokerstars to change maximum player cap from 225k (when I registered) to 300k when it became clear that 225k would go full.

I wouldn't say that. 300K players max x $0.01 = $3,000 and the Guarantee was $100,000.
