I signed up for a 1 year subscription to Club WPT. I distinctly remember unchecking the automatic renewal box, as I’ve learned from my past mistakes with subscriptions. One year goes by and they take out another $250 for this year. I contacted customer service and they said they would issue me a refund via check. I’ve waited 3 months and talked to about 20 different employees over the phone and they all say they do not have authorization to check on my refund, and that they don’t have a refund department.... So, I try reaching out through email and never get responses. I’ve tried asking to speak with a manager and they say they can’t do it. I’m out of ideas. They charged me for something I never purchased and they are holding my money hostage. Their customer service is a complete ****ing joke. I’ve never experienced anything quite like this, even the overseas casinos are more professional than this shit show. Would not reccomend.
