Changing your fulltilt background to your own image !

Hey

Can anyone please run me through how to use my own image, I have saved on my computer as my fulltilt background?
I googled it but all of the info is from before the update this year.

Also there is a player in the private tab of avatars that looks like me and I would love to get it together at the table with my background.

Someone please help Iv been trying all week
