Has anyone else had problems with cashing out at pacific poker? I played there for a couple of weeks - found that the games had quite a low level of players so I tried to cashout on 9th May - the result was as follows:
Do Pacific Poker try to hold on to your money as long as possible?
Are Pacific Poker having cashflow problems?
I would certainly be worried if I had a large bankroll with them!
- Received no money or correspondence for 3 weeks/
- Contacted them and was told I had to send a copy of my driving license / bank statement to withdraw however they did say I was allowed to deposit more if I wished (very kind!).
- Sent in requested details and re-requested cashout
- Sent many emails to them
- Result: I neither have my money OR any replies to my emails!
