I am not familiar with this, where do you find it?

So I tried this after seeing this post. to be sure, you are tempted to play trash to fill in your cards. got into trouble a couple of times but no long lasting effects. I would play it again if I am on a cash table, why not, you are there anyways and it doesn't cost anything. just need to balance your hands a bit I think.

Think I won $1 or $1.50 once, nothing better
poor spoilt brats in this thread.... Is ten cents to 2 dollars not enough to a FREE rewards system that you have UNLIMITED tries at per day? xD

I've won .50 twice. However, I don't select it all the time (more often not lately) because I was finding that it tended to influence which hands I played. The only reason I can see for Stars to have this gimmick is to encourage players to play hands that they wouldn't otherwise play, which of course increases rake. I guess I was falling into that trap which is why I don't usually use it now.

I was also falling into the trap of staying at a table longer than I wanted to simply because I hadn't won the card match prize yet.

If you've got the discipline to just ignore the thing, i.e., turn it on and play absolutely no differently than you would otherwise, then it's a win-win. But, how many of us aren't at least subtly influenced by the chance to win a bonus for playing that really weak hand out of position just because of the possible bonus, that is IF you actually win that really weak hand out of position.

В течение месяца я играл на PS, в бесплатных фрироллах, я никогда не выиграл, я не повезло в этой комнате.
I don't think it actually applies to freerolls (or any tournament) does it? I think it only applies to cash tables.

Argument against what you are saying (to use in your own head) is that you have unlimited tries and that it's free to use so you shouldn't feel too much pressure since you lose nothing by not winning the cards.

It's free to play so come again? :)

Yes it’s free...I am just saying that it’s a rip off in my opinion it’s a ploy to get people to play hands they normally wouldn’t. I am not one of those people but I know people have done that and then they get excited that they won something and only get 1$ or whatever. Lol

Yeah, but... You don't actually have unlimited tries. I'm not sure what the number is, but you have to hit 90% of the cards within x number of tries, or you're out.

I decided to try it again at an Omaha table. I made to to 80% then the table emptied out. So I'm sitting here waiting for some players to join the table so I can win that last hand that I need. I guess, assuming the table doesn't close out completely on me, I could wait around a few hours, to complete my 'unlimited' tries. But that seems pretty silly, if not downright dumb.

When it was down to two players - me and one other, I actually considered limping in to a hand rather than betting just to get the other guy to stay. But, I bet instead, and he shut down. So here I sit.

Of course on the positive side, I decided to check in to Cardschat while I was waiting.

Plus, say you win one for 10 cents. That's it for the day. You can't play again.

If you don't hit it within x tries the card reappears with start button

I won both 2 and 5 $. But I will say that paying much attention to the collection of the card is not worth it. you need to play your game, and the card - it will turn out so it will turn out. If not, then the distribution will be the next. All attention should not be focused on it, do not takay big there winnings.
