Carbon NO Rewards

Carbon now offers Player Points instead of VIP points.. Player points are not redeemable at all and have no cash value their sole purpose is to keep track of Bonus and promotions such as "two a days"

If you had VIP points saved up for their crappy VIP program offer you are SOL because they expired July 14th..

So in other words Carbon has NO reward system at all and one of the HIGHEST rakes in online poker

Carbon has become increasingly irritating! Games are sub par, constant modifications...I have had it with this site. A couple years ago there was titan, which was similar, but more fun than carbon, but they merged.

Sometimes your points wont show up, but they are there. Half the time my points aren't shown, the other half they are.

No they are gone completely, Carbon has removed them I know what you mean I would always have to open up a poker tournament lobby twice to see how many points I had but they are 100% gone now..

Carbon has replaced VIP points with Player points - Player points have no redeemable value and are only used to keep track of bonuses and promotions

I got an email stating Carbon was giving me 5 bucks since I haven't played for a while .
Tried to login could not since my state was banned so I told support to have promotions to stop emailing me offers which are a waste of my time at this point.

Are you sure that they didn't credit your Aced account with $5?

That happened to me as well I got an email for the $5 which sites do on occasion but it was for my Aced account which got transferred over when they shut down

I think it is really strange that carbon would take away their reward system for their valuable players. Why this is weird is because knowing how marketing works, you would think loyal players would get upset over the new changes.

Regarding the future plans kind of echoes what im saying above. Without implementing their plan immediatly after changing the system is quite odd to me. Im not saying that i dont believe they will or have any great ideas for rhe future, i just dont umderstand the "gap" between taking away points and future plans. I hope they come out with another cool way to reward loyal players! = )

I really hope they lose volume on their play...us players should be rewarded for our volume we play...I hope they realize that their volume has decreased by taking away the VIP program and more!!

I just found this thread and all my points expired/disappeared. I had something like 800...

I'm totally done with Carbon. It's unfortunate because it's the only site I can play on with a HUD but they are just pissing me off more and more.

failing to pay me ANYTHING for my prize when I cashed in a freeroll was pretty bad and I should have quit then, but instead I withdrew the amount of my deposit and left my profits on there.

most of their promotions are laughable at best as it's next to impossible to actually get anything from what they promote (the freeroll i referenced above is a prime example). maybe they're intentionally screwing players, or maybe its just incompetence but either way it's unacceptable when you have a site like Bovada as an alternative.

There are no more VIP points at Carbon you now earn Player points which are only used to keep track of clear through bonuses
