What kind of player feels it necessary to post thousands of times in a forum that doesn't even receive very much attention. .

Guess you got an attention problem yourself :D :deal:

As far as I've seen, Carbon has gotten slightly better in its withdrawal periods, but is still way too long.

I've seen a few people report that it was cut down to about two months, but for most of this year it has been 4-6 months, and I don't know how anyone could possibly disagree there. Maybe a handful slipped through, but this forum and every other one is plagued with negative feedback on Carbon for that issue exactly.

Otherwise, it's my favorite site to play on. I would NEVER recommend depositing there at this juncture, but I've been rolling off of a casino bonus they gave me so it's kind of a non-factor for me.

Idk why everyone is attacking Grindmode so hard - almost everything he said is 100% true (although maybe slightly outdated).

Carbon removed live support so they didn't have to bother with so many withdrawal chats. Kind of a dick move.
Carbon ranges anywhere from 4 weeks to 20 weeks on withdrawals, apparently. Terrible.

I'd recommend sticking with another site until their issues blow over, if they ever do.

I appreciate man. All I'm trying to do is inform future players that there money is not safe on Carbon and who can argue with that? I have nothing against the players, we should stand together.

Honestly man, I don't think it was the information, but how you presented it.

Going off on rants about how they are thieves makes ya sound like a conspiracy theorist, haha. Stick to the pure facts and if people still want to make a poor decision to deposit there, at least you tried.

I have had good luck with Carbon, both customer service and withdraws. I am getting a little scared because it seems there are way too many mixed reviews about Carbon in the last 6 months or so. No one really has a updated review either. Any thoughts?

I heard different complaints from Carbon poker. One of them was they take too long with withdrawals.

I can confirm from my personal experience that Carbon is not reliable poker site when it comes to cashout so i would strongly recommend to avoid it.
Cheers!

I experienced more bad beats on that site than all combined from all the other sites Ive played on. I personally stay away from there myself.
I AGREE.
i've played online since pokerstars was still available to US players. i play on Sportsbook which is Carbon's other site. i've had more fishy bad beats there than all other sites combined. players doing ridiculously stupid all ins with no pairs or draws and miraculously come out a winner. i raise 10 times the pot with aa preflop and they go all in with k3off or worse and win. had this happen 4 times in 1 day. they have very good software but something ain't right there.

Is your CreditCards a mastercard?

Mastercard "have problems" with gambling and sometimes don't accept deposit in Poker/Cassino/Betting sites.

Carbon recently told me they are no longer accepting "new" US customers, but will payout to existing US customers. This tells me they will likely stop all together soon. I would not trust my money on their site.

I was able to open an account with no issues. I also got all my docs verified today. No issues here.

They embezzled the player funds and were not able to process withdrawal requests in a timely manner!

The last time I went on the website to see if a friend could start an account, United States was not an option and CS told me no new US customers. That was over 3 months ago.

I used to play there but I think there are better US options like ACR and BO.

Thanks pokerguy. Much appreciated! I will be doing a withdrawal soon and definitely post the results to this thread. Like I said, I have had good luck with them for about 3 years now. It's so tough in the U.S. I'm seeing cardschat is promoting betonline heavy right now and I like to be where good reviews are... I really like the ACR platform but having a hard time depositing.... I always use a prepaid to deposit and the one I use suddenly will not do overseas. After this cash out on carbon, I may put a small roll on ACR. Thinking about trying bitcoin and I think they accept it. Thanks again!

They have opened back up for new accounts and it's super soft.

Hi. Thank you for the heads up on this, after reading your post I tried and I was able to open a new account from the USA as well. I had tried a while back with no luck. More options is good.

I've been playing there since April, 2015 (it's the most linux friendly site out there) and haven't seen anything unusual beyond the expected variance. I've seen players do some of the damnedest things that defy explanation, and they get smacked down way more often than they suck out. Starting with aces means you win 80% of the time, but that also means you lose 20% of the time.

Deposited $100 to start and never looked back. So far, I've run that up to $500, mostly 10NL (some FL in there as well) and added on another $300 from 25NL.

If something "ain't right", I'd start looking behind the screen for the problem, not at Carbon.

rngs i like carbon then ignition then wpn and hate bol. I am doing the bitcoin thing I have had friends do bitcoin on all of the three NOT BOL and said is days for withdrawals carbon still the slowest but less then two weeks doing bitcoin and all withdraws were in the 5k or higher range.

I have heard some friends get some money on BOL i hate the site just play freerolls till money then spend on buy ins never moving up. People say to deposit well after playing on sixty some sites and having no issues moving up when you find one that pays of nit play as bad as BOL does you got to draw the line and refuse to deposit to them. Some people say but then you will win if thats the case they are ill legit:) Just my two cents dont have bol but do dislike the rng a lot
