I play Carbon for the good MTT's. It's very easy to get into a decent sized SnG tournament as well being that the traffic on Carbon is pretty good. I can't say anything about cash-outs as I haven't cashed out on Carbon(yet), but from what is posted here, I'd say it's a safe bet that they are getting faster. The emoticons on Carbon are a nice touch too.
For U.S. players though, I would highly recommend Bovada over Carbon though. America's Cardroom and Black Chip are also good rooms too.
