cake skins :connection faied after upgraded

yesterday,all skins of cake network have upgraded,but after that,i cant login in because of connection problem.the software always saying:connection failed,retrying....,and cant longin.
who else encountered the same problem?

had upgrade3 yesterday also !

look at your securety settings, the new one is not certified anymore,
so have to allow windows to use it in securety settings.

The problem is solved.Just download and install "microsoft .Net framework 4.0",then everything is ok.
