I thought they were different, until I was canceled for using two different accounts on one site. Understandable, except it wasn't just me. My wife and I both share an interest in texas holdem. Online is necessary considering our work and children. After getting emails from bovada and ignition for multiple accounts I decided to change it up. I used ignition, she used Bovada. What a surprise,. every time ignition had an update, so did bovada. Every time Ignition had a new tournament so did bovada. So.... I logged on Ignition and she logged on Bovada, nothing out of the ordinary. I then checked all of bovada's and ignitions registering tournaments,... and to this day you'll see im not wrong. they are EXACTLY the same. All the way to the amount of people still playing to the amount of people who have lost. The dollar amount paid to the amount guaranteed .. So all this. Just coincidence? I called them.
They completely deny any involvement with each other, as if they were told to. This is after being transferred and waiting an inconsiderable amount of time. If they're so busy, how come I can get someone on the line in 10 seconds when I have a deposit issue?? Compared to when I've become the issue.
Simple answer. They're full of shit. They have no reason not to be, I'll admit that. People will continue to play on there sites and continue to lose. They call them bots Its actually prospective altering. Algorithms designed to incorporate recent loss and provide potentially positive results while designing negative results. To break that down.. You'll win X amount of money in order to feel like your a good poker player. Then you'll have pocket aces or kings and lose to 3/6 because they turn/river a straight. This may or may not happen many times. When you lose the same amount over and over again its just because you weren't lucky enough. The last two sentences are the first and the last products of a loser. These algorithms are based off that. Much more math obviously but in the simplest form. You are made a winner, so that when you lose you will continue to try and win. The most famous invisible disaster, the river rat. Good luck!
