Bodog and Cake Rakeback

Did a dumb thing and signed up with out starting any rake. I did this thru there website and no affiliate is it worth my time to contact them and ask for rake? Has anyone done this and acheived rakeback?

If you can not get RB at Cake Poker just sign up with a skin that offers RB.

I doubt if you still can get RB at bodog. They do not let RB providers to even advertise BD RB.
