Hello All,
I have been having issues with BetOnline lag and disconnecting. I've lost many pots because the site will just freeze and it will look like someone is waiting to act. Then (in the lag case) that person folds and the next five or six actions happen instantaneously. This is bad because sometimes I'm due up in the first few actions. I get folded.
The disconnecting is even worse. I will see the screen freeze, but then a message will layover it. It tells me that I've been disconnected and the client is trying to reconnect. This can take a couple of minutes or longer; I'm unable to take action in multiple hands.
I don't think this happens to the other players too much because I don't see many people time out in the middle of hands.
It's really really frustrating! Does anyone any adjustments that can be made to the poker client or my Mac? Or anything at all!
