Around two weeks ago I was playing on Betfred’s poker and casino-client. I had won around $2000 in the first day, and around half of that on the other day.
If you’re not familiar with Betfred’s software, they use PlayTech-software and unlike many other pokerrooms they haven’t poker and casino-games in the same client, so you need to log in and out if you want to play casino / poker.
When I had played some poker I decided to play some casino-games and I won a couple of $100 on various games. At the end I decided to play some Carribean Stud Poker. I played for maybe 10 minutes and was soon up to $3069. I had said to my self earlier that I should quit when I got over $3000 and go back to the pokerroom, so $3069 is a figure I remember.
With $3069 I logged out of the casinoclient. But when I logged into the pokerclient my balance said $2889. I was a little bit surprised at first, since I knew I stopped at $3069 but thought that it could be a delay since that has happend before (but only on the pokerclient). I waited for a minute or so and relized that the money was gone. I then logged out of the pokerclient, and back to the casinoclient to check if it was still there - which it wasn’t!
Talked to their support many times, and after a few days they told me that their "tech team" couldn't find anything wrong.
Well... case closed, but this is the last time that I am playing with Betfred.
