They could monkey with the shuffler, mark the cards, and you'd never see it. Pretty stupid to get caught when you have a license to print money. blackjack is hard enough to win without the house cheating

Really, BOL is totally free of wrongdoing, ummmm no, It was their system so the buck stops with BOL, them saying they have reimbursed the affected player isn't enough.

How many other people were cheated by this or any other BOL dealers, how far does it go, is BOL involved in the cheating and only released the statement once caught out, who knows.

Yes, I agree. I was hoping you would realize my post was 100% sarcasm. Bet online should be labeled as the cheaters they are. I was referencing the statement they released as an incredible joke. I don't see how bet online is not put in the same category as ultimate bet. They should be closed down. Also, Sports betting is basically the same site ran by the same people. Both should be boucotted

The blurring came later. I first saw the video when it had 370,000 views and it showed the dealers face, and more importantly the BOL logo behind him, which I suspect is the real reason for the blurring given the size and position of the blur.

In the original video, when he didn't notice the cheating, you can still see the dealer and logo. The hand plays out from 13:50 to 15:00

Audio and blured faces were not on when I first saw it, it is clearly visible that the dealer cheated, faces can be seen in pic in above link.

All online black jack or casino games seem like rigged. On this issue, nothing is going to be done about it. They will just look into it and then nevee get back to it. They just think people will forget about it.

Well,this issue is already being talked about at popular online poker and casino forums,so BetOnline can get a pretty bad reputation after this.

BOL has not tried to hide it, and got a statement out straight away that the company that has been providing the live dealer service has been replaced and they paid out the player that was cheated.

Has anyone considered that this may have been an honest mistake? Considering that the people who run the live dealer studio aren't even directly connected to the people who are taking the bets (the online casino) I really don't see the motivation for them to cheat.
