Hi

I found a new pokersite with a decent signupbonus so I f
thought I'd try it out..
A friend owed me $150 so I deposited with his neteller..
When I was done I wanted to cash out, and this is what it says on their homepage:
"Cash-Outs to a NETELLER account are usually funded in 1 to 3 business days.

Please be advised that any transaction you make now will be reflected on the NETELLER account you used to make your previous transaction."

SOO, I deposited $20 with my own NETELLER..and then I made a withdrawal of $330 or so. I got $200 to my account..When i e-mailed the support they said that they sent $130 to the other NETELLER#. WTF!?
My friend closed his # and don't want to open it again..(personal reasons).
I e-mailed the support again, and they said I could request a reversal of the money at NETELLERs support. So I did. It got accepted. 8 days later I e-mail hollywoodpoker again, what do they say?
"I'm sorry you have to request a reversal at NETELLER"..done that already, but thanks. Today I got this (after I sent them an angry e-mail saying I ALREADY CONTACTED NETELLER YOU STUPID *****..or something like that):
"I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused, however, before we
proceed further, we would appreciate if you could provide us with the
information below, we need this information to trace the transaction which was
sent by Neteller to us, thank you for your kind understanding and patience in
this matter.

1. Amount of fund which was sent.
2. Account number for Neteller account which has been closed.
3. Transaction ID or NT code ( can be obtain by contacting Neteller support)"

And this has taken about 3 weeks. And now they're almost saying that they've lost my money. Interesting. And I got a nice compensation too, a $2.20 SnG-token. How nice of you.
Sure, it's ony $130 but I don't think it's OK to loose customers money or send them to the wrong account.

Hollywoodpoker sent my cashout to the wrong NETELLER account. And I'm probably not getting it back..So, don't deposit money here..

Thanks

(Yes, I'm going to post this in every forum that I find..Hopefully someone from HP reads it..!)

Um...You used your friend's Neteller to fund your poker account. Of course they are going to send your withdrawal to that account that you deposited with. It's really not the poker room's fault that you went about it backwards. I'm sorry to sound harsh, but I see these types of posts all the time, and usually, it's because the customer didn't follow the proper procedure or didn't do things on the up-and-up. Like, using a friend's credit card or Neteller account, and then wonder why the site wants to verify identity and such.

Exactly. If you owned a business, you'd be wanting to protect yourself any way possible from fraud as well. That is all they are doing.

Blah blah blah blah, I didn't read the terms and conditions before I deposited, blah blah blah blah.

The short version of the first post for everyone.

Gotta love how this guy's first post is this one - when I was allowed to play at Hollywood, I didn't have any problems with their CS.

Eh. . . It's just a honest mistake. Although it's probably a pretty good idea to read the rules/laws, etc. when entering a country...or entering a casino, not that I can, nor wood play at Hollywood anyway.

I used to play at Hollywood all the time and never had any problem getting money from them either thru neteller or by check. Of course since they are one of the sites that quickly banned US players I will never play the site again, but that has nothing to do with being able to get my money.
