The Streamer or Mod may have entered created a command in the streamer's channel even if the steamer hasn't started to stream, yet. You can still go streamer's channel then click on chat and then enter the following commands that may have been created:

!acr

!pw

!password.

Sometimes, the streamer will post the password in a Tweet.
