I just asked them how I can track my progress on the cash bonus. They are usual pretty fast with a response.
I forgot to ask them, to get the $50 do you need to get 350 points? Does anybody have any idea?

Kudos to Brovada. They credited me lost $ from a couple of tourneys and a tourney ticket ( I got locked out of during yesterdays tech freeze.)
Great customer service. The fact that they posted to this thread deserves recognition as well.

Not sure what was up but Bodonk was just killin' my computer today.
Had a bunch of pokersites running (as usual) but with Bodonk added my CPU was maxing out at 100%, fan was blasting, puter was heating up like crazy!! (& LAGGING like an sob). Good to know I won't be adding in more bodonk tourneys (using up tickets) if I've got other sites running.
Anyone else notice bodonk being more of a resource-hog than usual?

I placed 9th in the 500 GTD DS last night. I didnt receive my payout from the tournament and it said I placed like 118th... I called them and they said I placed 24th place and the whole situation is under investigation. Kind of weird.. but I know I placed 9th and they should be able to look back and fix this.
I did receive $25 dollars some how.. When I go to my bonus statements it says wsop Cash.

Yes I am at this time.. I just log off about 15 minutes ago after winning a sit and go and now I am not able to log back on. This happen a couple of days ago and it took a few hours to get the site back. When I was able to get back on the site I had a major issue with the sit and go tables. It keep folding my hand even when I wanted to keep the hand alive. But Bovada showed their great customer support and refunded my money and also gave me a free ticket for a sit and go...:ridinghor

Makes me think twice about play OLP anywhere, even tho as far as I can tell it's limited to Bovada. Perhaps BigBrother is preparing for a "crack down" on OLP?
I've had a lot of problems with Bovada disconnects in the past, seems to happen when I'm on a winning streak or have a winning hand: rarely ever happened when I was losing my shirt! I haven't played there much lately (Just got tired of the whole Anonymous thing) played in the Bovada/CC Free Roll yesterday with no problems, placed 9th.
That said; Bovada has always been good about delivering what they owe. I've never had any problems with my withdraws (They usually arrive earlier than expected) I even won a ipad mini from them and got it over a week sooner than I was told. Their also good about crediting your account when a disconnect cost you your buy-in. All in all: Bovada has excellent customer service in my opinion.
