I play in the National League of Poker (NLOP.com).
All too many times a game, the action will turn to me, and the action buttons are not there. I have the hole cards ready to act, and my only option is to x-out and return to the window to see the common cards come out that would have made my hand in any other situation.
Now, this is how I chose to start handling this situation. I tell everyone what cards I have just to spite the situation.
I wrote the technical support team about it, and they refuse to acknowledge it is an issue. They notice I've logged in occasionally from a moblie device and blame it on that, despite it happening on every comp and connection I have ever tried.
Today I tried closing down game windows more often as a preventive measure but it even happened on the first hand after re-opening.
I know it is wrong, but why not in my livid rebuke of some bad poker to begin with.
