has anyone else had a bad experience wi the Pureplay sit?

I was cheated badly by the folks at PurePlay. They charged my son's card $100. for some play money chips they added to my account without my ordering them. I did not want the chips and they charged someone else's card. When I complained and asked if they would rectify the situation which was embarrassing for me because my son was the one who got cheated, they defended themselves and in effect said tough tooties. So I would like to know if I'm alone.

I always get the emails from them saying they are giving me this and that. I delete them.
Your son should dispute the charge with his credit card company.

Doesnt sound like play money at all. Sounds like $100 worth of chips.
