There is a freeroll yes, but it is only for depositing players that are active on the sportsbook or racebook. You can register for the freeroll but you will not get paid if you are a freeroller only.

So "Tony" is an actual, singular person? He is the owner or at least manager with dictatorial power?

If so, I guess I have seen behaviour this egregious before from small business people/contractors. By operating behind the face of an internet based enterprise, his tiny operation could pass as something much larger. This illusion is shattered when he acts like this and reveals that it's either a one man show or a corporate giant with a psychopathic hiring policy (as in "we hire psychopaths").

So Tony is a bookie. He works out of his (Mom's) basement and handles customer service like a fourteen year old wannabe gangster - sweet, sign me up. :wink:

The name of this online poker room says a lot about how they do business.Also I really don't understand why would anyone want to play there.

A lot of the USA front poker rooms are changing in a very negative way. 5Dimes is completely offline. BOL/SBP have eliminated their popular low end micro games, increased fees and eliminated $300 in freerolls. ACR continues to have glitches that take chips from customers. They tell their customers it is not ACR's problem.

Lot of folks, me included, have had many problems trying to deal with ignition poker. They stole signup bonuses from me even after I tripled the points for release. They moved the bonus to the casino side and said I had to clear them with casino play.

Proceed with caution folks. These rooms are NOT built on honesty or respect. Greed and theft seem to be their main policies.
