So recently I withdrawn about $200 usd on my account I had around $400 in it.. I was trying too get the other 200 but they now said i need a rake, I've probably only deposited around 300USD of my own money and they are saying my rake with cash and p2p transfers is $200, I've said to them I've already withdrawn b4 and most the funds I';ve earned on my account came from freerolls.. I have no idea how my account is showing $1000 each category.. Now there is no withdraw option on my account.. maybe they scamming cause i'm ontarian I dunno..

I hear stuff like this way too often. I don't know if an ACR rep is very active around here anymore, but sometimes they used to notice threads like this and respond. Try posting something in the ACR thread, formerly the Official ACR thread. Good luck.

This is the reason I DON'T play on unregistered and unregulated sites. They can do what they want and there is no recourse and the player is SOL. I only play on regulated and legal sites. Currently play on wsop in Nevada and ClubWPT in Arizona and after I move back to Michigan I will play on pokerstars. All are regulated by laws in their respective states.

I think the chat rep accidently put 200 instead of $20 like in my email, I'm still missing the withdraw buttons (bitcoin etc) hopefully playing the casino counts as rake as I played $40 on there won $200 well 160 cus i kept playing my original $40 got 112 bonus spin but was spining $.50 hopefully i get access too my withdrawals now.. I sent an email as live chat is done for the night now..

As I understand it from another post, ACR wont allow money to be deposited and then withdrawn without first turning it over at least once. Which mean generating a rake of at least 10% of the amount deposited. I cant say, I find this totally unreasonable. As they say, the purpose of a deposit is to pay for participation in games. So if you only intend to play tournaments for a total buyin of 100$, then you should not deposit 300$. If you do so, you are basically using them as a temporary storage for money.

thier not charging me 10% of deposit 10% of withdrawal tho my last deposit was $64 and i sent them extra ethereum so technicall they owe me $5..
