ACR private tournament bug: Password is always incorrect.

If this is already been posted about then I apologize.

There is a bug in ACR's private tournament password field which is always wrong. To get around this you just have to go to the lobby of the tournament and register there. Below is the email response I got from tech support.

Thank you for contacting us.

We are sorry to know you are experiencing difficulties when registering to a private tournament.

We are aware of the issue and our Tech Team is currently working on it.
In the meantime, registering through the Tournament Lobby instead, should solve the issue for now.
We do not have an ETA on when this situation will be resolved, but we expect this to be taken care of in a timely manner.

That's too bad, it's sad to know that this is happening, it's very revolting for you to expect to receive an incorrect password message, I know how it is, it's happened to me.

Yes, I noticed it too and also quickly found a solution. :eek:
I do not know if this has been written about before, but thank you for your post: I thought this problem was just me. :eek:
I am glad to know that this is a technical error of the room, which specialists are already working with.:)

Yes since last maintainence ACR's main lobby isnt taking any passwords ....however the game lobby itself will accept them.... I wish the message didnt say "password incorrect" when its just a glitch on that page making this happen message should say "password not working try game lobby"....gl everyone
