Update:
Dear

This is the Operations Team at 888poker and we are contacting you with regards to your account with username "avanelferen".

Thank you for contacting us.

With regard to your account, your account was suspended due to high value of funds lost to another user, the hands in the Tournaments and the fact that this was done from a different IP address than usually used on your account.

During the time that your account was accessed from a different IP, the 3rd party generated funds and then lost them to the other user using Head's Up Tournaments. The actions in this case was to leave your bankroll at the exact same amount as your last login, an attempt to hide the unauthorized use of your account. There was no deposit, cashout or Money Transfers performed during the unauthorized use period. Note that all logins were performed with your username and password.

We are willing to reopen your account, however we would ask that you that you run an anti-virus scan on your computer and check and malware of key tracker software. We would also recommend that you change the password on your email account. Once you confirm that your computer is clean and email safe, we will reopen your account and send you a new password by email.

Regards,

JUSTICE!!!!!!!!

@fubarcdn It's just a sample of 5 sit and go's super turbo heads up. It's very common to lose more then 5 times in a row. Once I had a bad run for 12 buys ins down. So therefor it's odd that they suspend my account.

The buy ins were $12,50.

Why do I have to prove something?
They have to prove that I'm guilty, not the other way around.
If the system would work like that anyone could and up in jail because you get accused from something without any proof.

T&C's

Update, I've been hacked so it seems. I saw on sharkscope that I've played super turbo omaha heads up from :05/28/2015 07:18 AM till 05/28/2015 07:31 AM.

But I never played those games.

Yes, now I understand why I can't find the handhistory. I had $77,84 on my account when I stopped playing. Then I played 1 more heads up super turbo no limit of $12,50 and i lost that one. And then i cashed out 65.34 USD. That´s it. So someone must have hacked my account, deposited 800 usd + on my account and trafficed the money. When I logged around 05/28/2015 12:07 PM my bankroll was the same as it was.

strange, i have never heard of hackers depositing money then dumping it

It's so simple to paypal it, but the guy that hacked his account wanted his friend who he dumped money to, to get the VPP's

How were the funds that were dumped generated if there was no deposit made?

That is an interesting situation.
It seems to me the hacker must have generated funds by playing and winning with the funds that were in there and then transferring the funds through dumping them to his own or someone elses account by playing the HU's.
I find it amazing that 888 has the sophistication to detect unusual activity.

I admit I was a little skeptical but still tried to help. I do apologize to the OP for my skepticism.

I guess 888 will move their investigation on to the receiver of the funds and return the ill gotten gains to the players that lost money to this fraud.

A good reminder to protect your information and create difficult passwords.

So the hacker took his $65-$77 won $834 and dumped it in 5 sng's leaving him with exactly what he started with?

I'm not there yet. There are inconsistencies in his story.

Not me - I find it amazing that 888's security team wouldn't of looked into where the account was and wasn't accessed from.

I guess it doesn't matter to you OP but I'm not quite there either. Though congratulations if you are telling the truth :D

LOL, that some people still have doubts after 888 send me a confirmation that I indeed was hacked.

9/11 was an inside job and the moon landing was staged in a studio in Hollywood.

You told us that 888 send you that confirmation. All it is to us is you saying that's what happened.

Though as I said it doesn't really matter if that's what happened YAYY :D I mean it sucks you were hacked but at least you figured out the problem. lol.

Yea cuz its not possible for someone to lie on the internet. That communication from them was awfully written. Not that that rules out it being sent by them, I've seen some poor communications from some reps. They aren't all as good as stars reps. If it was legitimate I would have simply put 'name removed' when editing out your name instead of removing the name and capitalizing the next word. (you left the name in in your post on the other forum) You don't want to appear to be changing the content of something you are copy and pasting.

When these cases come up its overwhelmingly likely that the op is lying. In your case there are things you don't seem to know that you should and there are details that you provided and then changed. If somehow you are innocent I am glad you got the resolution you desired but your presentation was poor (even worse on the other forum where you were insulting towards the people who replied). You did some things you probably don't want to do if you want people to believe you.
