New Update.

Good News and Bad News.
The Good News:
I received a strange email from Carbon with the Subject Line, "You still have money in your Carbon Poker Account". I opened it and it was the typical, "We haven't seen you for awhile..." email, so I decided to see if I could log in and go figure, I could.
I click on "Cashier" to see if my money is in there and there is money in my account.
The Bad News:
My balance shows $362.44 which means they've taken $500 US funds from me. My original deposit plus winnings was at $800ish before all of this BS.
I emailed them to see where the rest of my money is and asked for an explanation as to why I am now suddenly allowed to access my account again. I instantly received one of their standard "Form" emails saying my concern has been forwarded to the appropriate department.
I then instantly did a withdrawl to potentially get as much as I can and cut my losses.
Here's the kicker...I was obviously in the right. They were wrong and put me thru a bunch of BS unnecessarily. I received no explanation, apology and may have lost a decent amount of money.
It's nice when a company makes an error and doesn't even feel the need to say "Sorry, we made a mistake and to make it up to you, we are going to give you....." Instead, they say nothing and take some of my money.
I plan on continuing on with chasing down the rest of my money, closing out the account and then will decide what to do.
Sorry to burden y'all with my problem, but thanks for listening none the less....
