I am just not sure where I can find that piece of code.I have Windows 10 64 bytes.

I had such problem, not sure about error code, it's most probably because some of the windows services was turned off. I've reinstalled 888 and it helped. But again - I'm not sure about the error code, i think it was different and in my case it happened because i've uninstalled CAD software and turned off Win services related to it.

Did you read the linked article? That code is part of Visual Studio 2015. If you install/re-install it that should (in theory) fix the problem.
