I haven't had an issues with it so far. And I love this prize wheel compared to the last one. So far I've only chosen the "go wild" wheel and I'm 4 for 6 on it. I hope you get the issues sorted out.
But care with freerolls - if they have technical issues like today the limits keep increasing even if they are not online. That means if you are behind you will basically get blinded out without a real chance to play any good hands and improve your position.
