Sorry you had this experience, but I am sure, they dont put an account on hold for no reason. This can also happen on other poker sites, if for whatever reason some security flag is triggered. There are several posts in the forum about this. Basically you just need to be patient and cooperate with them, and if you did nothing wrong, everything will eventually be fine again. Typically an investigation is not completed in hours or days though. It can take weeks or even month. So just be patient and play somewhere else for the meantime. Sending them a bunch of emails wont speed up the process.

Thats not true. Right now cash game volume is the highest, its been, since I started playing there in may 2019, apart from a short period during the spring on 2020, where online poker as a whole saw a huge COVID-19 related boom. By the same token 888 have recently been able to increase the quaranty of some of their MTTs. Other sites also have relatively high volume right now, but overall 888 Poker seem to have a stable market share in line with sites like partypoker and ACR.

I played on this resource for 3-4 months and made a clear conclusion for myself that this is a classic scam. As in the case of any fraud, something like a percentage of loss recovery is set and is at least 10-15%. From time to time, a prize is obtained, but only in order to interest the player and so that he brings even more funds there in the future. Each site has its disadvantages and advantages. Overall, pokerstars and 888 are time-tested, reliable sites. And if you do not break the rules, then you have nothing to fear.

Sure buddy. Thanks to your clear observations we can now call it a fact that 888 is rigged. Its called "Poker" and its everywhere the same. Its kind of fascinating how much "Riggies" and whiners this game brings up though, most of them are beginners and as time passes they start to understand (or not lol )

Even if you are not allowed to play on 888, there are still many other sites on the network. And if you broke the rules and you were banned, then after 3 years you can create your new account again on the same site and play as if nothing had happened.

I think 888 poker is a good site to play, I never had any problems like that, on any of the sites I play, but for sure the account suspension was for some reason and you should try to talk to support.

If someone is suspected of cheating, doing money laundering, or whatever it might be, then obviously the poker site should instantly put the account on hold. They should not allow that person to continue playing (and cheat other players) or withdraw their funds, while the matter is being investigated. So yes this is right, and you still just need to accept it and cooperate with their investigation.
