I have been trying for days to validate my account at 888poker, every time they ask me for more and more documents and this seems to never end. Have any of you already validated your account? how was your experience?

888 poker are very reasonable in my experience, perhaps there are some contradictions that they need to double check on, maybe you have older account or such changes. Good luck mate!

I do not play on 888 and, to be honest, I have never withdrawn money from the ACR Poker room, where I am currently playing.
But after reading your post, for the sake of interest, I decided to go through the verification procedure.
Bottom line: it took me no more than 10 minutes. I wrote to the support service and asked them: what documents are needed and whether a notarized translation of documents into English is needed. They answered me and I sent the documents. After 5 minutes, I was told that the account was fully certified and ready for withdrawal.
From personal experience, I have seen that it is simple and now I definitely do not understand why so many participants complain that it is a complicated process.🤷‍♀️

When I opened my account at 888, I wrote them an email asking what documents were needed, they asked me for a copy of ID or driver's license with photo and proof of address valid for 30 days, they asked that the documents be scanned, I sent them as request and my account was approved the other day.

To elaborate on this the documents requested by poker sites for validation are typically:

* Proof of identify (e.g. passport)
* Proof of adress (e.g. utility bill in own name)
* Copy of credit card used to deposit

Thats it. It takes like 10 minutes to upload, and as Chica_bonita say, ACR is very fast to approve. I did not sit and watch, but when I logged on the next day, my account was verified. With 888 there was an issue, that one of the documents was unreadable, so they asked me to upload it again. I cant say, I find that particularly unreasonable

I went through the verification process about two weeks ago. I submitted the documents and after about 3-4 days my account was verified and all restrictions were removed. That is, in my case, everything was quite fast.

I cant go to my 888 cashier now for some reason but couple weeks ago, when making deposit there, i notice that it asks me to provide documents for verifycations, only after that i can withdraw again. Depositting is ok.

Well, its already verified once, so i cant do it that there on my cashier, cause there its says my adress and ids is verified, cant download anything there.
I contact customer support for this, saying that you ask me to verify but its already beeing verified once, what to do, and you would think that its easy to just remove my old ones from the cashier and then me just download new ones but no, sent pictures with email they said, after realized that they hold my winnings for no reason; i cant do that what they asked me to do because i already have done it.

I sent this email, but only after i reversed and lose my depending withdraws, and only to see that it still ask to verify

When i deposit to poker rooms, i would like to just to keep the option of profits available, and even better if the winnings can be moved to my bank account

I think this varies alot by country. As I dont think I really had any verification process at all (in UK).

Hope you manage to verify ok. I find it crazy you can deposit but not withdraw.

that's right, a friend of you, many will not understand who did not face such a problem so I'll tell you the same thing for the first time I calmly passed the verification but after a couple of months of playing for about 5-6 months they asked me for verification again and now they ask me for more and more documents to verify every time so I understand you perfectly well and it's very strange I wrote here on the 888 Poker official support forum I don't know still haven't solved this problem so I don't know I haven't solved this problem either I know what to do
