888 should really buy back any unused tickets at the end of each promotion. I'd love to get 1000 tokens for each Ramses ticket.

Played my first ramses today. had the tickets for almost a month lol

Had an incredibly good run.

Made $10 knocked out around 80ish.

I can't imagine anyone would pay to play a tourney with these structures.
If they weren't freerolls I wouldn't touch them.
As it is I think they promote bad habits, especially the $500 Pharaoh, with its 2 min. blinds and 1500 starting chips.
Starting tonight every $500 I'm just going to play all in from the first hand until I'm bust or at least quadrupled up, but I'll still try in the other Pyramid games.

I've developed the bad habit of putting my chips in with the best hand and losing.

And that's a very hard habit to break.

It makes no sense to exclude some players from the hand of the day. It should be made to increase the rake paid by non regular cash game players.

Unless 888 Poker just wants to reward their regular cash game players with an additional promo.

Well some of their promos do make really not much sense to me. You know i keep receiving messages like "Deposit only $30 today and get a ticket for $10000 Rameses Tournament!", although i have already like 7 tickets for that one and keep getting additional 1-2 tickets per week from finishing in top 3000 at Tutankhamun Tournament. So what's the point i should deposit? I guess i will have still a lot of those tickets even after those Egyptiac Promotion will finish.

I only have 20. They should allow you to use them to register for lower buyin ones. I always run out of 500 and 2k tickets since they expire too quickly.

I love the idea of being able to use higher value tickets to register to lower value freerolls.

Although I doubt they will implement such a system.

I am surprised the Ramses tickets are good until the end of the promotion, you'd think 888 would have made them good for 7 days so players would still have to earn one every week.
