Hello,
I was wondering if anyone is taking advatage of the daily 10k 888 NJ promotion? I cashed for $40 on my first entry then read the terms and conditions and noted:
"6. For every day a player plays at least 5 tournaments or 30 raked hands, the player will get 1 more ticket for the daily $10,000 Freeroll."
Notice no mention of a depsoit needed.
I played 5 tournaments one day and 34 raked hands another day. I never received my 2 tickets and contacted support. They stated the "5 free tickets upon depositing are only for depositing playes". I clarrified and they emailed back a link to the promotions page. I tried clarrifying again and they once again emailed me back "5 free tickets upon depositing are only for depositing playes". 6 emails back and forth and they have not acknowledged the promotion. All of my emails quoted the terms and conditions however everytime they seem to not know what I'm talking about.
Has anyone else taken advantage of this promotion and received the tickets or had a similar experience at 888 in NJ?
