I'm hoping someone can help me with an odd problem.

I've tried to download 888 poker software many times onto my desktop computer but I keep getting the attached screenshot.

I've turned off virus and malaware protection, turned firewall off, turned off controlled folder access, turned off pop up blocker, when istaller gets blocked by folder settings - changed the settings, and rebooted the computer several times but I cannot get anything other than the attached screenshot.

The same thing happened to me last year I had it installed at 888poker and because it constantly asked me for updates once I got tired of uninstalling it. When I wanted to reinstall it, what happened to me happened, I tried almost everything you explain, deactivate firewalls and I don't remember how I solved it after several days. Obviously you have installed pokerstars too, if I remember correctly, I think that I will uninstall all the poker rooms, delete the folder files and start everything from the beginning. Because every time I updated pokerstars the next day I had trouble logging into 888poker. Good luck and then tell us how you solved it.

I also emailed 888 two days ago hoping to get some assistance from them but no reply so far.

I have had ongoing issues for a while with 888 (a shame because I really like the interface) and have uninstalled and reinstalled countless times - including this evening for the CC free roll - another member confirmed the CC was scheduled as I could not even find it...

Have talked with 888 tech support re some issues but (god bless 'em) they could not give any advice which helped.

However, today I actually used another page for the re-download than the one you show (which I have had issues with also) after Googling '888 download for PC' which took me to a simpler cleaner page with one click to download and it was quicker than normal. Who knows, give it a try.

Here is my request for support from 888 concerning the pokersite installation:
