Maybe one just for the Europeans out there but what are people's experiences on 888, particualrly with regard to SNG's and MTT's? Am thinking of opening an account and was wondering what the standard of play was like.

I love it. I signed up through cc for the bonus and had my first win!!!! (£2) not huge but a WIN! So i'm a fan....Also the tourneys aren't so huge that you never stand a chance in them..Haven't won one yet but am more hopeful on 888 than FT

Thanks to all above for the responses. I signed up, took the bonus, blew it off fairly quickly and then in my last new player freeroll tourney took down 2nd place for $75! So thanks to CC for the offer.

The software there is pretty good, as mentioned (like Full Tilts) rumours have it that 888 bought the software of Alan Sugar (The Apprentice), deposited $50 and got it up to $550 in less than a week, players very weak....

A fe wlittle problems experienced:

1. Cashouts can be reversed for about 5 days afterwards (problem if you hit loosing streak)
2. Casino/Sprtsbook attached (problem if you like a punt)
3. Tournament lobbies update quite slowly and display a lot of incorrect information.
4. Every tournament has late registration for a whole hour which is slightly annoying for me.

Overall, I loved the software & the players are easy to make money from, however, with the lobby issues, intergrated casino etc and the cashout policy... I wouldnt play there for serious, good to have a quick flutter though.

I totally agree with the quality of play there, it is very weak, you might get the occasional bad beat but the wins far outweigh the losses.

As for the late reg, it is not on all of the tournys, and sometimes it is 20 min's sometimes 40 min's and sometimes for an hour.

Ok im not sure if late registration is on 100% of tourneys but it was on 100% of the tourneys I played in which is a bit of an annoyance to me personally.

In regards to the 20 minute/40 minute/60 minute late reg, this is my point with the tournament lobbies giving incorrect information about the tournament, I entered a tournament with a 20 minute late reg (according to the lobby) only to find that late reg was still active 1 hour and 5 mins after the tournament had begun....

I dont know whether anyone else has experienced this???

James
