$5k poker player tourney

my home game buddy vansmiff (who is a member here, even if he's only managed to turn up and play once with us) phones me the other night and says there is a poker player magazine $5k freerole

we check it out on the poker site and there are only a few players reg'd, so we sign up

starts with 56 players (nahhhh 64 players)

anyway, having watched the hole card donkumentary, and seen how to play properly, thought nahhhh, decided all-in or fold was the best policy

came with two tickets each to the cheltenham festival as well for the first 6

looks like me and smiff are going to the races

the festival is 13 - 16 march, but i don't know, have no tickets or advice of what tickets we are gonna get yet

Yea I did - hope you get the money.

I will be in Cheltenham on the 18th or 19th - going to Amsterdam first. Was there for the races last year. If you don't have a place to stay you will struggle with that.

Egon is close by and might have some advice for you.

(BTW - if we all hook-up in London you better be there!!)
